I decided a long time ago that I didn’t know what in the heck I wanted to do. That led to an undergraduate degree in Religious Studies followed by a Masters in Library and Information Science. I’ve never worked in a real library, but instead co-founded a library software development and support company. That’s my day job. Writing happens when that doesn’t get in the way.
I’m flattered that anyone would actually read anything I write. I wrote my first novelette in middle school (it was around 30,000 words), but it’s long lost to the sinister and fickle hard drive of a 386 laptop. But, before it was lost to the ages, a family member stumbled across it, read the beginning, and actually liked it.
